We store uploaded PDFs and generated artifacts to run extraction workflows and let you review evidence.

Each job is retained for a limited period determined by our current retention settings. After that period, job files, extraction results, evidence, and generated artifacts are scheduled for automatic deletion. Final deletion may be delayed while a job is queued or processing, or because of provider delays, retries, backups, or technical issues. You can delete a job earlier or request account deletion using the available controls.

Access is restricted to your authenticated account. File reads are protected by signed, authenticated access checks.

This product is not a HIPAA-compliant environment and not a GDPR compliance tool. Do not upload confidential or sensitive patient documents.
